Assalamualaikum...^_^
1st of all,selamat hari raya Aidilfitri..Ramadhan da berlalu pergi,tiba pula bln Syawal y cukup dinanti-nanti...:)
da 8 Syawal but cimbi blom stat pose 6 lg..isk3,malas btol la...pdhal bkn mkn pom lg ni,brkfast blom..now da tgh hari da...klo pose pom bgos...xpela...nti blik sabah,pose ngn geng2...hehe,alasan tu...daa 3 bln lebey duk umh..even boring y amat tp bler kenang blik,sgt bes..dpt pose ngn ma abah n akak tercenttaa...hihii...raya pom same2..ske2..:)
skrg ni tggl brape hari je lg nk blik uMS...sgt berat hati nk pergi...but i have to..this is my final year..so,mmg kne p,wajib...da nk grad da...insyALLAH grad...but,now kne study hard n smart...kne kekalkn pointer...:)
hehe...tp xtawla,,nti msti maen2 lg...isk3...

arini cimbi rase rajin...wlopon tido pkul 4 pg...tp pas subuh,p jogging...upss,bkn jogging sgt pom...lebih kepada amek+hirup udara segar pg2..rasa damai...tenang...best,kn sronok klo tiap2 ari mcm ni...:)
dah lame btol x jln2 kt trek ni...awl2 jln pom dah berpeluh,mksudnyer,cimbi sihat...hehe....awl2 jogging pom dah sempot...tgk org laen relax jer...dorg mesti dah biase ni...ayat cover line...:) tp btol la,dorg mmg dah slalu jogging,so relax jer jogging 2 3 4 5 6 round tnpa henti...cimbi?hehee,xpyh ckp la,jogging sket pom dah semput,kus smgt...hihi...xpela,awl2 mmg mcm ni...tp,ader tips jogging utk org mcm cimbi ni...
tipS buat cimbi ( bru nk stat jogging setelah bertahun2 bersara)
1) awl2 buat regangan dlu....bia urat2@bdn x terkezut...bia jntung kiter ready...xnkla tiber2 jogging...terkezut die...xelok utk jntung kiter...lg pom,nti cpt letey...
2) jogging hanya dlm 15 minit...jgn terlebey...jgn kurang...tp klo larat,ok jer...jgn paksa diri....klo dah xlarat,jln2...relax2....
3) jogging perlahan2...jgn terlalu laju..nm pom jogging,slow2 jela yer...klo laju,tu dah di panggil berlari....jogging slow2 jer buat newcomer mcm cimbi ni...
4) dah siap jogging, relax2....sjukkan bdn dlu...pastu minum air secukupnyer utk gnti blik air@peluh y keluar...bru balanced....
ni la tips utk y bru2 nk mula....nmpk cm senang tp mmg pyh nk diamalkan...papepom,selamat berJogging...:)
